We’re excited to announce a major step forward for short-term rental advocacy in Colorado. Mile High Hosts (MHH) has officially merged with the Colorado Lodging and Resort Alliance (CLARA) to form a stronger, more unified voice for our industry across the state.
This merger brings MHH into a broader statewide network—a move that will streamline operations, amplify advocacy efforts, and better serve our members in the ever-evolving regulatory and policy landscape affecting vacation rentals. We are joining forces with other strong organizations like Summit Alliance of Vacation Rental Managers (SAVRM) as part of this merger, and we’re excited to see what strength in numbers will mean for our industry. We are also looking forward to combining forces with friends in Estes Park, Steamboat, Telluride, Winter Park, and other destinations throughout Colorado.
Membership Update:
If you’re a member of MHH, you automatically enroll as a member of the statewide association. As a member of the MHH chapter, you will continue to receive locally relevant information, but with the bonus of gaining access to increased statewide resources. As part of this transition, we’re also unveiling a new name and brand.
Colorado Short Term Rental Association (COSTRA)
COSTRA will carry forward the mission and momentum of both MHH and CLARA, with a renewed focus on building statewide collaboration, elevating the voice of local STR professionals, and strengthening our industry’s role in Colorado’s economy and communities.
