ICYMI: Update on CO Special Session
In late August, the Colorado Legislature held a special session focused on property taxes. Although there were concerns about potential short-term rental proposals, we are pleased to report that no related legislation was introduced during this session.

Earlier this year, Colorado gained national attention by introducing Senate Bill 33 (SB33), which proposed a dramatic 400% increase in property taxes for short-term rentals. Many Mile High Hosts community members actively participated in discussions and advocacy efforts regarding this proposal.
