Colorado 2025 Legislative Session – Stay Informed and Protected with the Mile High Hosts
The Colorado General Assembly convened its first regular session on Jan. 8, 2025. The House and Senate will generally meet at 10 a.m. on Mondays and 9 a.m. Tuesday through Friday. Mile High Hosts remains committed to closely monitoring legislative activity in partnership with state and local organizations. We will provide timely updates to Denver Metro STR hosts on any legislative initiatives that could impact short-term rental operations.
If you’re not yet a member, now is the time to join and support our efforts to preserve the future of local and statewide short-term rentals. Your membership enables us to further our advocacy initiatives and continue this important work.
